One Ring Mini wargame

Hey folks! I'm in the process repurposing some LOTR minis for One Ring and want to stream-line/mod one ring combat mechanics to be played as a skirmish level war game for use within Campaigns or even on its own. Has anyone attempted this or seen it done well?
