I cant fond the chart where I can see how many dices i shall use if I for example wanna see how many dices to use when doing a Corruption Test. Lets say I have a Wits of 6 shall I then roll 3 dices or.... Page 26 in LB I see that a Rating of 6 is a good one and thus give me 3 dices if I look at the Skill Rating Chart (LB page 26). Is this right or have I missed a chart somewhere in the books?

As far as I'm aware attributes have nothing to do with the number of dice available, just what you could add to a roll with expenditure of hope. Dice levels are indicated by the amount of dots you have in a skill, or in the case of a pending corruption test, how many levels of wisdom you have.

Your attribute score has nothing to do with the number of dice you roll.

Number of dice is based on your skill [or Valour or Wisdom] rating (which sets the number of d6's you roll, 1 per point you have in your skill) + the Feat Dice (the d12).

If you spend Hope then you add your attribute score - basic if the skill you are using is unfavoured (ie, not underlined), favoured if the skill you are using is favoured (ie, underlined).

For your specific example -- a Corruption test -- you would normally use Wisdom (1 die per level).

Yes, what he said, but also...

For Wisdom and Valor rolls, if you would fail the roll, you can spend a hope point you can add your heart attribute to the result.

Page 28 LM book states the following

A Corruption test is made using the Feat die plus a
number of Success dice equal to the character’s Wisdom
rating.

....and now I see, I mixed Wisdom with Wits, sorry guys! Geez I feel stooooopied now. Thanks RichH and Co.

....sneaks out the back door!!!!
