Endurance reflects more than just the ability to withstand physical injury (which is mostly reflected by Wounds). It also reflects the ability to withstand fatigue which includes a hefty mental element. As such, Heart has quite an impact too and is arguably thematic.

Also Body already impacts on a number of other related matters such as Protection tests. The physica aspects of the Culture also has an impact on Endurance.

So on balance, I think Heart needs to be factored in somehow and when looking at the bigger picture I think its a better choice as the Endurance base than Body for that reason.
