Last week, I received an email from Angus at C7. He indicated that the US pre-orders (mine was through C7) shipped this past Thursday and Friday. The warehouse is Norcross, Georgia.

This afternoon I received mine and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. So for the rest of you in the US, I imagine you will be seeing yours very soon.

Regards,

Awesome! I was hoping the mailman would drive up the driveway today, but nope. Hopefully sometime next week if all goes well. It would be great if I can have it for my game on the 13th of October. Running a one-shot for my Pathfinder group.

Iiiiiiit's not here in Sweden yet. But I have my hopes up, it'll turn up here on the edge of the wild sometime soon.

The game seems awesome, so I can't wait to play it!

But did you bring it to work, or were you able to resist the temptation of The One Ring?

I'm looking forward to reading impressions and reviews from the people getting theirs!

Ironwolf, I'm in SW Ohio and was wondering, did it deliver via USPS or some other package delivery company? I am holding my breath hoping I get mine today as well.

Ha! I resisted temptation to bring it to work... Barely.

I plan on posting an unboxing of it on my blog. A more thorough review to come as well. Still playing through some combats to have a good feel for that system and need to look at journeys a little closer as well.

If I don't post it in its entirety on EN World then I will at least make sure I bump The One Ring thread we've had batting around over there with a link to the review.

When I arrived home around 5:00 THE box was waiting on my doorstep! I have been flipping through all the goodies since. I do agree with others comments that I need to find a plastic square tube that is more sturdy than the tray included for the dice.

Now I need to get a group going in my neck of the woods of southwest Ohio.

Ah. I was thinking likely Cincinnati. I was just down there this weekend in the downtown area. I'm south of Columbus by about 25 minutes or so.

My normal group plays Pathfinder, though I am running a one-shot with TOR for them in a week or two. Once my kids soccer season ends I might run a mini-campaign over Skype and such during the winter.

My copy of TOR arrived in San Francisco yesterday afternoon. I was surprised by how sturdy the slipcase was, and the feel of the books. If you have ever bought a softcover Forgotten Realms book during the 3rd edition era, well, the TOR books feel like that: sturdy and pleasing to the touch.

I received mine today in Portland, OR. It was a pre-order, but a very late pre-order from Sept 23. The PDFs were lovely, but nothing compared to the books. They are just gorgeous. The system looks great, I can't wait to get a Pbp game going.

Hope everyone's books arrive soon!

My Amazon (US) order has been shipped today. So Hopefully I'll get it next week.

(Update) My order has actually been shipped, it's in Indianapolis IN. I can track it on its way to California.

ARGH.

Just called my FLGS where I have it on pre-order. They don't have it and said that the distributor (Alliance) doesn't have it yet.

I'm running on Saturday and really wanted the dead tree books.
