Almost done reading the books and the first thing to occur to me is that I really need a screen. Are there any plans for one? Or a PDF that could be printed out and stuck to a piece of cardboard?

The first supplement is supposed to be a GM Screen with Laketown booklet and poster map.

Perhaps a hardcover-type screen plus the Laketown goodies? I drool. |

A screen would be awesome! Right now, I'm getting ready for the starting adventure on Friday night and I need to make myself some cheat sheets with all the tables. I'm also thinking about making some outlines of procedures for things like healing, etc.
We have two Woodsman, two Elves, a Dwarf, and a Barding. I am the Loremaster and my wife is my dice rolling assistant (it's the only way I could get her to agree to sit at the table with us for 4-5 hours! She hates roleplaying). -------------------- Please visit my blog, Advancement Points: The One Ring Files, for my TOR Resources

Yeah, please not flimsy screens And if at all possible, I'd really prefer one with landscape orientation (like the Savage Worlds customizable one) than the more standard ones (I like to see my players over the screen if possible ). Something like the the new l5R's screen is (for me at least) the best, at least the spanish one (I've heard that the english edition uses flimsy cardstock): a hardstock screen with three panels in four segments, with the ones in the borders being "half-panels" to be able to fit it more snugly to the GM's space: Like this |

Your players must be prettier than mine But yes, landscape is better... so you can see when they are cheating The Hollow Earth Expedition screen is hard stock, landscape and has great art on it. For the One Ring I'm seeing a stormy sky above Mirkwood with orcs, spiders etc. But I'll settle for any awesome piece of art... Or maybe some useful tables for the players on the outside! |

Hm, I'd prefer not to have any tables or information on the 'player side', because the players aren't usually close enough to be able to read it anyways. Well, not on my table, at least? Besides, I don't want them hovering too close to my screen and the big secrets it conceals, right?
I usually print some cheat sheets for the players, if there's some vital info they need at hand. |

Valid point. Just stick with the awesome battle scene of the heroes being slaughtered!
