I was wondering has anyone done it stat write ups for good character npc that a person could also use as a basis for higher level PCs.

I was thinking similarly ranked NPC good guys like the way Orc were done in the LMB.

Quick examples:


Hobbit Sheriff
Hobbit Sheriff Captain

Elf archer
Elf Lord

Barding Solider
Barding Captain
Barding Lord
