Where are you based Wolf? If you're in the UK you should receive it Wednesday/Thursday. UK orders are being sent out by 1st Class post, Rest of the World by Air Mail Small Packet. -------------------- Angus Abranson

I'm hoping Wednesday as I have my first game that night, but good new nonetheless! First class means no tracking number though, so it will be a surprise when it arrives! |

Sweden. Usually that means three days from the UK... if you're lucky. 3-5 more realistically. But hey, I'll be glad to be proven wrong. /wolf -------------------- "Pain, as the billing vouchsafes, is painful..."

At this stage mine is likely to be September by the latest If its shipped out tomorrow (which is Thursday here) and it takes 1 to 2 week, it might just sneak in by Friday, 26 August. -------------------- “There is nothing like looking, if you want to find something. ... All the priority orders leaving from the Uk warehouse are now packed, stamped, custom labelled (where necessary) and sacked waiting for the post van to come and collect them. With any luck some of the UK ones will start appearing tomorrow, followed by Europe and thenthe rest of the world.

That should be a pint of dwarf ale! Diet coke? What sort of gamer are you? Next you'll be drinking fancy coffee and pizza with a knife and fork And I think you need to update your signature to include ONE other game. |

Does anyone know if the status on the order is meant to change when the book is shipped. Mine just says "viewed" as it has for some time.

I have my copy (I'm in the US) and the order still says "viewed" so I don't think it means much.

Wondering if you used the same ebay seller I did Wolf? Place called Infinity Games? I ordered on Monday, paid for 1st Class post (25p - wasn't gonna argue with that lol) -------------------- 222 off being the Devil member |

Nope. I bought mine from GamesLore. I've been hunting all over to find a European Retailer, and this was the first one I found carrying stock. Here in Sweden it just got into the first Stores today, but not in my town so... And considering it was released August 4th... you know... I got tired of waiting. /wolf -------------------- "Pain, as the billing vouchsafes, is painful..."

Ah! When I looked at Gameslore on the weekend I think it still said out of stock, so I took a gamble on ebay, and it paid off (thankfully). I paid 25p for 1st class post, ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday. I've emailed the ebay shop to see if they intend to get the next set in.

Hi all,
Colour me confused. If I'm understanding this correctly sone people who ordered off eBay and other retailers have got their books today whilst some of us who did the whole advanced pre-order thing still haven't. Please tell me I'm not understanding what is being written here properly. Was there some kind if other pre-order offer I didn't know about? Or has this thread taken a tangent I haven't followed? Cheers. |

Sorry, we are mixing the situation - there is no ebay offer for TOR. We were talking about the LOTR LCG not TOR - Wolf and I ordered it at same time, I got mine in the post today along with TOR which was sent direct from C7. You can't get TOR from anywhere else at the moment. Apologies for the confusion. -------------------- 222 off being the Devil member |

I pre-ordered my copy through Leisure Games...any ideas if these pre-orders are going out, too? Or is this just the direct through C7 pre-orders?

As I understand it, only priority preorders (which cost an extra 7 quid) from C7 will be arriving just now.
Standard preorders (if such a thing exists) and shipments from the likes of Leisure Games will be some weeks away. Leisure Games had one copy that it was raffling between preorder customers, but the draw was last weekend, so someone in the UK is getting a free copy! |
