Howdy

Really liking TOR at the minute, looking forward to playing it in anger soon. I'm angling to run a mini-campaign with the weekly group, possibly extending that out, or coming back to it after an initial run and a wee break.

Is there any information on when the next chunk of goodness might turn up?

Also, the lack of spare dice makes me a sad bunny. Any news on when I'll be able to get my hands on some more funky d12's with Sauron winking at me?

Many thanks!

Gaz

IIRC, Tales From Wilderland is in layout & such as we speak, so C7 will probably release it next month. You may want to sign-up for their Gamer News e-newsletter, in which they sometimes announce their releases.

easy to make your own dice with some blank white d6 and d12, add a sticker to each side, and decorate away

worked well enough for us

Thanks for the responses guys.

I'll have a butchers at the newsletter, don't generally sign up for stuff, as my mailbox gets fit to bursting as it is - but I'll have a gander all the same.

Yeah - I can fudge some dice, but that's not really where I'm coming from. I've got cash to burn on shiny RPG goodness, so all I need is the opportunity to spend it wink.gif

Cheers!

I am signed up for the newsletter (and have received the first one) but I'd still like to know what other products for The One Ring we have to look forward to. I have read rumors of a trilogy of boxed settings. I have seen a few posters mention various titles but it appears to change from person to person.

The three core sets are:

Adventures over the Edge of the Wild - released - covers the time period following Hobbit and the Wilderland
Errantries of the King - Gencon 2012 - covers the time period up to the build up to the War of the Ring and Eriador
War of the Ring - Gencon 2013 - covers the build up and events of the War of the Ring and Rohan, Gondor and the South

Of course all of this is subject to change (especially the dates).

As it been confirmed that the Riders of Rohan culture is featured in "War of the Ring", or is it an assumption?

IIRC, Aragorn's errentries brings him among the Rohirim in the times of King Thengel and in Gondor as well (before Denethor?). Any idea if this is covered in the second set?
