I bow deep as a longbearded dwarf from Erebor!
My Core rule books broke down in it's gluing. I talked with Jon about it and he said they would send new ones. So... Today a big yellow DHL car arrived at my home in snowy Sweden. When I untapped the package I realize that they have sent me a totally new game with books, maps and dices... I am stunned and very happy. Thank you C7! I for sure gonna buy every TOR supplements that gets published. /happy Khamul! |

I'm an ardent supporter of C7, especially The One Ring line. They've been nothing but positive and supportive to their fanbase. I've purchased two copies of the core rules (and probably will pick up a 3rd at some point), as well as every supplement that has been released so far and three extra sets of dice.
In addition, the C7 staff has been overwhelmingly approachable and positive. I work for the Middle-Earth Network and have interviewed Mr. Hodgson, Mr. Nepitello and Mr. Ryder-Hanrahan. All three have given time and insight into the construction and design of The One Ring and have made it feel less like an interview and more like an a conversation. Few companies are so appreciative to their fans and I will continue to speak my praises for C7 with both my words and my wallet. -------------------- In western lands beneath the Sun
the flowers may rise in Spring, the trees may bud, the waters run, the merry finches sing. Or there maybe 'tis cloudless night and swaying beechesbear the Elven-stars as jewels white amid their branching hair. Though here at journey's end I lie in darkness buried deep, beyond all towers strong and high, beyond all mountains steep, above all shadows rides the Sun and Stars for ever dwell: I will not say the Day is done, nor bid the Stars farewell. |

I also had problems with mine but since I bought them in October 2011 I haven't bothered to ask for a replacement. I still think they are high quality books and cannot wait for more.

I will agree with this. As far as gaming industry goes, Paizo (Pathfinder) Publishing is among C7 in that elite club as well. I have been an avid fan and customer of theirs for many years and continue to do so because of their great writing AND great customer service. The latter has my loyalty far more than the former. -------------------- Robert
