Thanks for the index, but I do have one request... a print friendly version?

Tales of Wilderland has been rather cruel to the yellow ink supply and although it looks good, a black and white index would be nice.

Any chance you can send a printer friendly version of Tales of Wilderland back in time to point before I started printing it out for my game?

Or if you prefer... I'll just say thanks!

Francesco

Been to Bergen couple of times on holiday. Nice place and some excellent bars.

Personal favourite is the one on lake shore that's not far from the Tex-Mex place that I don't quite remember the name of.

Edit: Tex-Mex is called Skibet (thank you internet). Can't see the name of the bar on Googlemaps!

...I'll check the place out if I get the chance, thank you very much! I think I've seen the Tex-mex place while wandering around, but it will be easy to find it.

Enjoy the index!

PS: Okay, does anyone else find it a bit mind-boggling that the Italian has gone to Norway to eat Mexican?

Just saying.

Not really!

I'm English, went to Norway on an Italian ship and ate Mexican food while I was there!

One thing upsets me: Justin Bieber got hordes of insane, rampaging, teenage girls and boys crying his name when he visited Norway.

Where are the Norwegian geeks crying for Francesco?

Just saying.

Imagine Francesco doing a pastiche of Evita...
Don't cry for me, geeks of Norway
The truth is I never gamed here
    All through my playtest
    My draft revisions
    I kept my promise
    Let's play some Tolkien

Norwegians like beiber... (i will not capitalise his name)!!!

That's scary!

In England we think he's a total (insert your choice of offensive words here - I'm not going to get banned from this forum for using that kind of language).

I think I'd lapse into a Bout of Madness if I'd had to have done it!

Believe me, if it hadn't been for the encouragement of another member of the index group, I probably would have lapsed into a Bout of Madness! At one point, I was using a strategy that looked like an enormous tree. After a few pages of work completed I thought...this thing is going to be ridiculously behemoth (like 50+ pages). I shared it with everyone else. Jon Hodgson said, "I like it" (paraphrase) and the other member's reaction was...Oh my! That's a "whole lotta, lotta!" Needless to say, he saved me from Corruption. After a few different strategies, things fell into place. Jon's consistent enthusiasm and direction, as well as the group's input into the needs of the expanded index was great help.

Projects are difficult things (especially when you don't know your co-laborers), but it was a wonderful privilege to be a part of this one. I learned a tremendous amount about the game and how to build an index (which is not as easy as one might think at first glance!). And, a funny thing has happened...I am starting to use the index myself! I hope you all enjoy it and get much use out of it. If you ever get an offer to be part of something like this (and this project was offered openly to gaming fans here on the forum), I encourage you to put the time and commitment into it. Thanks Cubicle7! You have been so kind. And to Jon and Francesco, your personal messages I will always cherish. I am saying these things openly here, because I think everyone needs to hear them.

My only regret is that we did not include the Art Credits - page references found in the original indices. Completely missed them!

Well, I don't know if Francesco is out on Business or Family Vacation or what have you.

So he might not have had his publicist pre-leak his schedule so that all of his adoring game fans could gather, work themselves into a frenzy and stop traffic with their fawning attempts at getting close enough to ask for a rules clarification. Screaming to get their question heard, pressing anxiously at the the barricades. Police hard pressed to stop the surge of so many bodies.

Some of those barricades are going to give Francesco, you better run! ... But make sure not to notice until after a few rabid, adoring fans are within arm's reach of you. We need a photo op for the 6pm News!

BTW, please make an Athletics Test, TN 16, to make a clean get-away due to multiple approach vectors by the fans.
