Been running the Tales from the Wilderland in my 3.5 Dungeons and Dragons Campaign. Have converted things when needed. Has anyone else been doing this?
And are there resources out there for 3.0 , 3.5 or Pathfinder? Before I sit down and write up one for myself. Have a few notes here and there and getting ready to compile it.

Feel free to use my Middle-earth d20 stuff (for Pathfinder).

http://www.meetthenewboss.info/kent/midearth/midearth.html

I gleaned this from several sources, most I don't recall nor did I save the sites ... at the time I gathered them, I did not envision them disappearing. I seem to recall that some came from a fellow called "the Colonel."

If you have any questions, feel free to send me a post or post here. Happy to help!

In case the links don't work, try these Dropbox links:

One thing to note...I tried TOR and my players ask me to switched the Middle-earth d20 campaigns over to TOR. Neither myself nor my players regretted it, nor have thought of going back.

My D&D version(s) of choice are more B/X and RC but, I have been experimenting with a hack (actually 2) - a.) straight B/X, porting elements of TOR such as Endurance, Fatigue, weapon and armor lists, and b.) straight TOR, crossed with B/X, utilizing older and modern OSR material.

While they sound similar, the main differences are in the skill system (B/X not having one, at least how I run it), classes, XP, and monster lists.

Most of that is really just flavor with monsters posing the only challenge (although, not much of one, since it's fairly easy to eyeball level appropriate adversaries and, well, B/X was never really about encounter balance anyway).

Have to admit that I'm not all that familiar with 3.x (have dabbled with Pathfinder) but, also happy to help.
