I had missed your response. Thanks for the notice. Do you require pictures? What's the process?

Hi Doctorbadwolf,
Please send some pictures and proof of purchase to info@cubicle7.co.uk and as soon as possible we'll hook you up with a replacement.

Sent my email with pics and proof of purchase. Well, a screen cap of the email confirmation. Hoping that counts?

Just a quick note in case my email (sent 12th August to info@cubicle7.co.uk) got missed in the return from GenCon. My copy of the Adventurer's Book is coming apart at the binding, I included photos with my email.

Thanks

Hi Jon - I too would appreciate if you could raise my damaged book at the meeting. I emailed Dom at info@ a few times now (starting Aug 6th), without response. Understanding that GenCon has been a priority - I'm hoping responses & action can be progressed. (Crikey - that sounds like corporate-speak!)
Thanks again for your good efforts (not to mention the brilliant artwork on Laketown/Screen - from the images I've seen) smile.gif

Cool, I got a response from Dom, and my new copy should be in the mail.

I almost feel like it's cheating to keep the damaged one, though. Cool that Dom said not to send it back, it's just so unusual to have that type of customer first attitude. smile.gif

In other words, I'm very happy, and pleasantly surprised, with Cubicle7 right now. '

You guys are great.

I've still heard nothing and my Loremasters Book is suffering the same problem sad.gif and this is before I even run a game so the books have not had "heavy" use.

I've resent my original email with an additional photo of the Loremasters Book problem.
