In the Tales of Wilderland, there's an updated map with the new adventure s added to it.

Is there going to be a larger version of that map included with the printed book when it is shipped?

Failing that... will one be available to buy?

If not can we get permission for having a large format print made at Kinkos etc? Some of those places are rather strict about not printing without permission.

That shouldn't be an issue.

I used to work at an OfficeMax in the CopyMax center. I had to be wary of violating copyright as a matter of daily (nay, hourly) practice. For a PDF document, as long as the document is watermarked (mine is ... I'm under the assumption everyone's copy is watermarked), your name matches the watermark (mine does), and you're not making more than one copy (i.e., for personal use), you should be fine at any copy center.

The book says, "No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission of the publishers." At CopyMax, without the aforementioned watermarks, we would've required a signed letter from the author, publisher, etc. on company letterhead (for a physical book, too). A statement on a forum site would NOT be sufficient (as you would have no idea who posted it). It would be best to have a statement IN the book allowing limited reproduction for personal use.

Perhaps C7 will put the reprint permission in small text in the border of the PDF maps.

In the meantime, you upload images to Costco's site and they print them. It's more on the honor system there. cool.gif
