Hi, I apologize if this has been answered somewhere else, but my google-fu is weak.
What constitutes a "servant of the Shadow" in relation to the Cultural Virtue - Shadow Bane? Is it any ork, troll and similar encountered, or just creatures that directly serve Sauron? If the first, isn't this a little powerful? If tha later, isn't this a bit too weak? Thanks in advance ![]() Baragos |

I'd say anything that is an obvious baddie. i.e anything in the adversaries section of the Loremaster's book (plus anything in my list of adversaries
