As a hazard for an upcoming journey in my game, I want to have the characters get hit with bad weather and have a chance to get sick. I like the idea of illness actually being a factor in the game (unlike most RPGs), and I'll probably have them lose some endurance (d6?) and act as if weary until they get a proper rest. I also like the idea that a character that took the Robust trait can get some use out of it (to automatically resist getting sick), or for someone with the Herb-lore trait to use it to concoct an herbal cure.
Looking at the character sheet, the only thing I can think of to roll would be Athletics, since it represents general physical fitness, and since its based on Body so spending Hope would let you add your Body score, again representing a more physically fit character. Any other ideas? This might come up in tonight's game ![]() John |
