I sort of have one on my blog. I intentionally avoided any spoilers because I may want to run the adventure for my other group as well, but I did post some very general thoughts.

Is the adventure probably a one gaming scenario or is a two session game doable?

Depends how long your sessions are. We played through it in 1, but it was a 7 hour session (character creation the first hour or so), leaving 6 hours of actual play. This was with 3 players, so it may take longer with more.
