Traveling using Hobbit Tales cards

So, I like very much the alternate traveling rules using the cards from Hobbit Tales. Thing is, I noticed last session that the cards include every possible Hazard result, except Dangerous Meeting. Which kinda sucks, since the possibility of an occasional random fight should be there when traveling through Wilderland. Has anyone come with a solution for this? I'm thinking of just rolling a feat die for every card I draw, and if it's a Sauron I'll ignore the listed Hazard and have a Dangerous Meeting if the Guide/Scout/Hunter/Look-out Man fails his roll.
And I actually thought of using the Adventure Cards with Sauron Eyes instead of rolling, but with 10 out of 75 cards having it, the odds end up being way too high (13,33%, compared to the 8,33% with the feat die) of having a Dangerous Meeting happening.

I've noticed the same problem.
I have a solution for you to fix the percentage of Dangerous meetings.
Dangerous meeting is triggered by the Eye of Sauron on the cards 10 out of 75 = 13,33%
Now draw a card from the Hazard deck, compare the icons of the Adventure card with the icons of the Hazard card, if there is a match, just one of the two icons need to match, then you have a dangerous meeting. This will happen approximately 2/3 of the time. The result is almost exactly equal to 1/12.
But there is a problem with this method, not with the math, but with what travel role have the Eye of Sauron on the Adventure cards, because that is not equally dispersed between the travel roles. Scouts have none...
All Companions have 4
Look-outs have 3
Hunters have 2
Guide have 1
Scouts have 0
I guess you could come up with some kind of explanation for this difference.

Maybe you could simply roll the Feat die to see if it was a dangerous meeting. If you don't roll the Eye then use the cards to determine what the consequences will be.

This is exactly what I'm already doing, it just lacks the elegance of just using the deck.

What about this option:
After you draw a card with an Eye symbol, draw two more cards. If any one of them has any symbol on it (not only an Eye), then you have the Many meetings encounter.
More cards drawn but more elegant than rolling the die AND drawing a card. Besides, you add the suspense before each new card drawn
