Thanks. I had some similar thoughts. Perhaps Accepting/Adaptable should be worded something like "You've learned to make do without the comforts of home." That way it's restricted to have more to do with physical comfort.
I like your suggestions for the Shadow Weakness. I didn't like how Worrying and Nervous were so similar, but throwing Mistrustful in there certainly helps things. And I hadn't thought about Fear Tests. Curse of Terror does have a nice ring to it. . .

Another possible alternate name for Emissary would be Envoy.
Adventure Summaries for my long-running group (currently playing through The Darkening of Mirkwood/Mirkwood Campaign), and the Tale of Years for a second, lower-level group (in the same campaign).

Also, and this could tie in with the everyman, what about the term "duty-bound?"
That could be generic enough to refer to one who has a duty to someone or else, be it a feudal lord or a friend.
