Hello fellow gamers,
this is the first post in my life…… :?. Normally I’m only a reader (and gamemaster), but now I have a question towards the men of Dol Amroth.
One of my players changed our “copy & paste-version” of a Swan-Knight of Dol Amroth to this cool version of a man of Dol Amroth.
I am a bit unsure about the Fellowship Pool. As a Champion of Dol Amroth he increases his Fellowship rating by +1 and his friends draw Hope from his presence.
Is he allowed to spend Fellowship Points from the Pool to recover lost Hope? Or does he only bring more Hope than a Ranger of the North to the Pool?
As a Hobbit of the party I secretly hope (as do our elves) that he (as our Ranger of the North) only contribute to the pool but can not take any points leaving more for the rest of us … :D

Well, the way I have it, yes, the Men of Dol Amroth can recover Hope from the Fellowship Pool. Of course, the extra point of Hope from "Champion of Dol Amroth" can be used by anyone, much like a Beorning's Honey Cake.

Still, it takes a bit of investment to get that boon. Two undertakings is a large opportunity cost, as I see it.
