I like the maneuvers you've added, i may add them when i start playing TOR.
For healing, i will first play a few sessions and then check if it is needed.
For your wood-elf song of Hope and the addons of Rivendell extension, this is the kind of addons that i'm also interested in : extensions that allow players to play other cultures (Dunedains, Rivendell elves ...) and add more specifities for each cultures.
