I've consolidated the two versions of my timeline into one for simplicity.

I've made some revisions and additions to the Timeline including background on some of the major events of the Second Age.

Daniel Falconer's book Middle-earth: From Script to Screen is already available in the U.K. and Europe. The Contents pages are laid over a map of Middle-earth; part of it actually shows the location of the High Fells of Rhudaur, where the Ringwraiths were entombed for approximately four hundred years.
I had developed a pretty good idea of where the High Fells should have been: In the Misty Mountains north of Rivendell and the High Pass and south of Angmar. This map places them on the eastern side of the mountains facing the Upper West Vales of the Anduin, about a hundred or so miles north of Rivendell.
