Only read the Burh and Treasure so far but very nice. I can see players in my group wanting to utilise this sort of thing.

Nice. One possible modification to childbirth: young (human) mothers will actually have worse outcomes than moms in their prime--so I'd say 16-19 would be a -1 not a +1, and you could shift the bonus to the years 20-30.
