I'd be interested in more ideas for this set of adventures. Personally, I was initially wowed by it but now find it a little lacking from an action perspective. I think there's a little too much diplomacy and not enough riding and axe swinging!

Have you actually started playing it yet Rich? I'm actually running it PBP as a 'quick n' dirty' AiME conversion. It's going really well. We're still on Blood on the Snow, but I've expanded upon it somewhat, even beyond the changes in my earlier post. I'll pm you if you'd be interested in my ideas.

I won't post them on the forum because a couple of my players lurk and occasionally post around here.

I've not yet, no, mate. Was thinking of doing so as a filler mini-campaign to Darkening of Mirkwood, while we wait on Laughter of Dragons to come out.
