Condition Cards

Has anyone made "condition cards" for TOR Players, e.g., a card that describes a status (e.g., Weary, Wounded), explains how you get it, how you get rid of it, and what the effects are.

If you are talking about a reference card for players I have not made one. But Tables 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5 of the pdf of the revised Loremaster's screen contain tables that have these data.
