Ideas for an alternate Oneshot compatible Cultural Blessing for Men of the Lake?

Hello there,
I'm currently preparing a Oneshot Adventure with the The One Ring System and one of my Players expressed that he'd like to play a "Men of the Lake" Character.
The Cultural Blessing for the Men of the Lake is kind of unfit for a Oneshot Adventure because it would be pointless to spend Hope to gain xp.

I've fiddled around with Ideas for an Alternate Cultural Blessing but those came off either as too powerful or too weak.
I thought of giving the character the possibility to spend Hope when wounded in Combat to ignore Weary for the reminder of the Encounter. But I'm not all that glad with that either.

Has anyone got Ideas what alternate cultural blessing would be viable ?

Hi

In such situation, I would use the Cultural Blessing of the Men of Dale : they are close relatives (both are Men of the North and they spend a long time together while Dale was unocupied...).
