I believe so far all the questions have been succinctly answered - albeit a slight disagreement on the wording/reading of attribute bonuses for enemy creatures applying to damage. Personally I play as it is done w/ PCs. (1x bonus on Great, 2x on Extra).
Also, thank you for adding the difference on ENDURANCE vs FATIGUE replenishment during travels. This is a distinction that is often lost on folks.
Finally I wish to talk on the question about additional wounds a bit because I feel it can use a bit more discussion.
Scenario:
Uthien is WOUNDED during a fight with a attercop.
Uthien's WOUND is later TREATED by the fellowship's Woodman
In order for the WOUND to be fully healed, he must recover ALL of his ENDURANCE points.
Uthien rests for the night gaining back x number of ENDURANCE - but this is NOT enough to replenish all ENDURANCE.
Uthien the next day is WOUNDED by an orc's spear.
Uthien now has 1 TREATED WOUND and 1 UNTREATED WOUND. They are not the same wound, nor is the first one "re-opened".
Uthien now must have the second WOUND to be TREATED in order to benefit from the additional ENDURANCE replenishment that next night.
Uthien's 2nd WOUND becomes TREATED again by the Woodman.
After 2 night's rest, Uthien's ENDURANCE is now restored completely.
Uthien's now erases both WOUNDS from his character record.
Hope this helps. Welcome to the game and the boards.

Re: New LM with some newbie questions
This is why Elvish Dreams is very, very valuable. It lets elves recover End, even if they're wounded and not treated, as wounds don't slow down dreams in the slightest.
Tough in the Fibre does different, but also nice things for Hobbits.
