The one with Laketown is quite centered on Mirkwood, so I wondered if there's one with the Shire or something else planned.
I see your point, I wished the screen had a more generic picture (i.e. Misty Mountains) to represent Middle-earth as a whole. But there it is, and I get used to the idea. Because, I don't really want to pay 2 or 3 times for the same information or a 'revised' screen (sending a wrong message that everything would be 'revised' in a near future). No, sorry, I don't want a TOR screens collection in my shelf!

I wouldn't mind a screen collection, as long as it shows Jon's paintings :) And I wouldn't mind a revised screen that included a weapons table, too.

Well, It would be nice that the LM screen had that, plus information for players in the back (stances, combat actions). Yusei, you are authorized to quote my post when you see me pre-ordering a new screen. :|

Love the game, can't wait to get a print copy of Darkening. That being said, the one thing that pops up in my mind as most useful and fun now, would be a nice big player's map printed on wet erase mat material, like those nice durable battle mats.

That or I would settle for a printable pdf of the map that I can have printed and laminated at a print shop.

Err, if you purchased the game from C7 (or for full price/undiscounted and can provide a receipt) you can get a pdf from C7 which includes a pdf version of both maps that can be printed out at approx 17"x22". I've done it for my games.
Some TOR Information on my G+ Drive.

I bought it at a Barnes and Noble bookstore. The receipt is long gone sadly. Maybe when I have some spare cash I will buy the PDF too.

Did you buy it using your credit card? In that case you might be able to demonstrate that you paid for it. If cash was used, tough luck I guess

It's unlikely, and not a huge deal. I did use my credit card, but I bought a lot of books that day. I was stocking up with my tax refund. I wandered past the RPG section (which is usually kinda meh) and they happened to have the core set, screen and Tales book. I was walking out with either the 2nd Edition ADnD reprints, or TOR. I'm glad I chose TOR.

So winter will be over in 5 days and spring will officially be here. When will the Rivendell book be released? I bet they make an announcement by April 15th. Anyone else care to speculate? Also anyone care to guess how they will run magic items?
