I've been reading through parts of this, and I'd just like to thank Tolwen for this brilliant edition
Equally, would I be right in assuming that the Horsemen of Rhovanion are created by Halbarad?

That'll be correct. He also did some awesome work for the Dale supplement I put together.

When can we download it? That ISSUU site is terribad...

On the FB site Thomas indicates that a pdf will probably be done by Monday evening but it might be a little longer.

Well, you asked for it - and now here it is. You can download Issue #14 here. Be aware though that it is 162 MB file, and the server may be overloaded when many people try to download it. Everyone feel free to upload it elsewhere to distribute server load.
