After much reading of the rulebooks and preparation, our first session of "The One Ring" took place! I ran the "Words of the Wise" adventure. I figured out that the NPC's didn't have any stats in the middle of the game and had to improvise, but they weren't needed too much thankfully. A few pauses as I madly searched for rules happened, but it was pretty fun. A hobbit got a quite epic shot at an orc and the beorning was able to discover some important facts while prowling about at night in a dream state.

Though I have the LM Screen, I still need to get some tables together and ready, namely the weapon stats. Also, it was nice have a "cheat sheet" I found in the downloads session.

It was a small group but hopefully we'll pick up a couple more for our next session.

Congrats, man! Sounds like you had a good game. We're playing our third session this week, and I'm extremely excited to see what they do next. Welcome to the addic- I mean, game.
