LFP: Play by Post

Post by Hamarr » Mon Apr 02, 2018 9:13 pm

Hey everyone,

I don't post much but you may have seen my lurk around the forums. I am running a pbp game on tavern keeper running through Bree adventures, and Ruins of the North with my own stuff with a large amount of creativity for players to branch off into different adventures. Very open world. Anyways, I am looking for one player who can be pretty committed to posting a few times a week or even more to join our group. We have a Woman of Minas Tirith, a Woodsman, a Blue Mountain Dwarf, and a Man of Bree. Bill had joined up and created a High Elf but he hasn't been able to post at all yet. So post here if you are interested.

Are you also playing in the Shadow Over Wood End game?

Got any room for a Hobbit Wanderer?

Holman Sackville, of the Sackvilles of Michel Delving and (unfortunately) cousin to the Sackville-Baggins clan. While old Otho may have gotten most of the Sackville family fortune, enough was left for Holman and his sister Halee to live a life of gentry comfort. She's married to a nice, predictable (boring) Hobbit gentleman, but Holman enjoys the bachelor life too much to give it up.

This situation has left Holman free to pursue the life of a gentleman dilettante. His most recent interests are in the ruins of the Old Kingdom scattered about and outside of the Shire and he has begun to venture farther and farther (even so far as Bree!) in his wanderings. He's considering writing a book, but given that his focus can be as shifting as the weather on a Spring day, who knows if that will ever come to pass...

Hobbits are always fun. And the background is very good, perhaps some Shire questing will be in store for the company. This is a link to the campaign. https://www.tavern-keeper.com/campaign/2995/about

We are good for players now. I will keep you in mind, if we need more.
