theme in gezi protests

Post by havana97 » Wed Apr 18, 2018 3:30 am

A bit off topic but I need to share these with you guys :D

These are from our protests in Gezi Park, Istanbul, Turkey.

Legolas, what your elf eyes see?
- I'm burning man throw me a Talcid (anti-acid against tear gas)

During the fifth day of the protests. It reads as "At the dawn of the fifth day, look to the east" And the text under the picture very roughly translates as "he might come"
Of Finarfin's children I am the last. But my heart is still proud. What wrong did the golden house of Finarfin do that I should ask the pardon of the Valar, or be content with an isle in the sea whose native land was Aman the Blessed? Here I am mightier.

Thank you for identifying this. We’ve had a problem before with spammers copying posts and changing them later. We will make sure it’s addressed.
