I don't think so. Decipher's game was called The Lord of the Rings RPG.

Middle-Earth Roleplaying Game, 2nd Ed is most likely the second edition of MERP from Iron Crown Enterprises.

C7 has not listed their official Gencon schedule yet.

Saw that sessions for TOR and AME are now posted! (And there was much rejoicing ) But I did not see any sessions for Victoriana. Are there any plans to post a session or two?
