Fellowship Phase Timing

Thanks everyone for taking the time to add to the discussion, I really appreciate it. I am glad to hear that shorter, mid-year fellowship phases are definitely supported by the rules as I thought. Rich H's suggestion to modify potential activities and results makes definite sense to me--maybe fewer shadow points will be removed if the players go that route, or it will be more difficult to find and impress a potential patron. I also like Stormcrow's point that this can help set some of the structure of the campaign, which helps create a different mood for the campaign.
