How do they communicate? Talk common tongue?

The ravens of Erebor are bilingual. They use both bird-speech and Westron. Ravens elsewhere might only know the language of birds or might have been taught a different tongue if they have formed a close relationship with a different neighbor.

A long time ago I put together a lineage for the ravens of the Middle-Earth for another campaign, trying to take into account both the ravens of Erebor and the Crebain.
