Good ideas Corvo. I don't want a fight at there either.

Also about the next adventure, the white deer hunt in Mirkwood, if the companions find the Ruithel's bow and encounter the dwarves there is an option of this: "If they must, they let the heroes get her bow
in exchange for their silence." Now this is clearly an act of evil on players side. How would you evaluate this? Give them 1 or more shadow points?

Also what do you think about the Easterly Inn. How would it fare in the DoM campaign?
Of Finarfin's children I am the last. But my heart is still proud. What wrong did the golden house of Finarfin do that I should ask the pardon of the Valar, or be content with an isle in the sea whose native land was Aman the Blessed? Here I am mightier.

Got a quick look at the LM Screen, on the shadow points guideline about misdeeds: 2 shadow points for theft (greed), maybe +1 if they believe that the dwarves can harm their prisoner (3 shadow points are reserved to violent crimes, as far as I remember).

I'll reserve to edit if I got the chance to read more accurately the books ;)

About the Easterly Inn... Well, I wondered as well about its fate. My PCs made it an haven, yet they live most of the time on the Celduin shores, so they cannot always defend the place.
I have made no firm decision about the inn: I'll let the dices fall, so to say.
Sure it's near enough to the Vigludings to be a raiding target: its chances are pretty slim imo.
What I know is that my players already surprised me, so maybe they can save even these foolhardy hobbits! :)
