I took a crack at the "Bestiary Index" problem. To avoid stepping on any copyright toes, this only works if you have the PDFs of the various TOR books.

You tell the app where your PDFs are, then click the index and it takes you to the correct pages.
Instructions:
1) Click the gear in the upper left corner. Now click it again. (This is a bug...the first time you click it seems to take two clicks.)
2) Load your Loremaster's Guide and Darkening of Mirkwood. (These are the only two PDFs I have so I haven't built out the data for the other books yet.)
3) The "starting page" is in case you want to create smaller PDFs to improve performance. For example, you could save just the "Adversaries" section of the Loremaster's Guide, which I think starts on page 64. You'd load that file and type '64' into the starting page field. (This may not actually improve performance much; I may remove this feature.)
4) Click the gear again to close settings, and select a monster.
5) Profit.
The index itself is a Google spreadsheet; if anybody wants to add all the monsters from the other books, including the fan-created "Additional Rules" supplement send me a PM and I'll give you editing permissions.
Feature requests? (Other than finishing the index...)
