Still a little hazy about how the free pdf of the changes will be available. Will it be made available tomorrow, or is due out later in the month?

We haven't confirmed this until now, but it will a simultaneous pre-order and PDF release. Significantly, we will also have the PDF uploaded to Bits and Mortar today so store pre-orders will get the PDF very soon too, since we like to support our retailers whenever we can!
