The cover lineup of characters doesn't reflect the precise contents of the book - in short I wanted another female character on the cover. Caranthir will appear in the new edition.Southron Loremaster wrote:I noticed that Caranthir has been replaced by Frida on the cover. Is the Elf gone for good?

I've never before seen such devotion to a game's pregenerated characters!

I concur. It's refreshing to see how they progress these characters, & I hope they continue to do so with additional ones west of the Mountains.

It's funny, I love those guys. I think they were great characters in the write ups. Trotter is my favourite, with Frida as a close second. Partly because I took designing the appearance of the Lake-town culture probably a little bit too seriously, so once it came together it was a big relief, partly because again I think she was a great character.
I regret not playing Trotter in our C7 campaign actually, no offence to my current character. Can't think why I didn't do that.

A chance to sit in on that would have been great to watch.
