Battle Board Feedback

Hello, all.
I'm prepping for a local game here and I've fashioned together my own little 'battle board', mostly by ripping off other battle boards (voidstate, Telcontar) and cheat sheets (Tensen01) and then putting them in my own format. Ultimately I mean for it to be something like a 'screen' for the players to reference rules, and also have a few more visuals besides just the map. Any feedback would be appreciated as I'm sure I've botched something or got the Journey rules wrong!

I also made little tokens to represent heroes and creatures and NPCs, so they can be placed in their appropriate stances and show engagement. The Encounter box on the mat is mostly superfluous, but I thought it would be nice to have a visual representation of the characters in the encounter. In play, it would look something like this shoddy linked image from my iPhone (it's big so I didn't want to put it directly in the thread).
Thanks in advance, and I hope someone else finds this useful!
