Hi all,

Some time ago I wrote an article for Other Minds issue six (download) fleshing out a new Elven culture, the people of Eöl. I think it would work well for Ash, the Elf leader of rescued prisioners of Dol Guldur who appears in THOTW.

If there is interest, I could make them a playable culture for TOR...
