The One Ring Clarifications, Index and Character Sheet PDFs
Re: The One Ring Clarifications, Index and Character Sheet P
Get Standard instead of Pro, Acrobat Pro has features based around video/image support that most people will never need so it's not worth the extra cost.
And it's no bother, I asked for feedback, and I meant it!
I changed the weapon skill lines to auto-resize based on the text input. Here's the updated link:

Is that the correct link? Weapon skill text is not resizing for me.

Yeah, that's the new one. What version of Acrobat Reader are you using?

I was using Mac Preview, but I just downloaded the latest Acrobat Reader (for Mac) and still no luck.

Hmm, maybe the Mac version doesn't support auto resize. I can set it at a fixed 6pt. Hang on.

Re: The One Ring Clarifications, Index and Character Sheet P
Hi arthyn! Thanks for making this character sheet. I really want to use this, but I will admit, I am extremely picky about things. Here's what I wish you could do...
1. Font Sizes: Decrease most text sizes by about 4 pt; increase Weapon Skills font by about 2pt; the Gear section font is a perfect size; all text boxes with numbers seem to be a good size.
2. Centering Numbers in Circles: In some circles the numbers end up centered and in others they are off-center, usually lower than center. For example, the number in the total Experience circle is perfectly centered while the number in the current Experience point circle is too low and slightly to the right. The numbers for Body, Heart, Wits, Fellowship, Advancement points, Treasure, and Standing are also too low. There is more. Like I said, I am picky...
3. Text on Lines: Make sure all text sits slightly above lines, not right on the line and not too far above the line. For example, your Weapons Skills text is right on top of the line while your Background text floats above it too far (actually, the Background section needs to be re-formatted for one line at a time; otherwise the text does not line up with the lines at all).
4. Underlining Favoured Common Skills: I see that you enabled an asterisk to mark favoured skills, but I would prefer an underline by clicking the skill name (if that is possible).
5. Center Numbers in Gear Section: Center the numbers for damage, edge, injury, and encumbrance instead of left justify.
You did a great job with the fill-ins for skill rankings and the diamonds for Skill Groups Advancement point tracking. On a previous fill-in character sheet, some of them were off; when you clicked on them, black did not fill the box completely or the diamond correctly.
That's all my feedback!

I'll see what I can do.
Font sizes are an easy fix, as is recentering.
Adjustment of text placement is quick and easy on all the fields except the background. I can separate those into single lines, but to allow for a stream of text down the existing sheet, the current setup was the best I could come up with. If people are okay with putting their text onto multiple lines manually it's an easy fix.
As for underlining, I'm not sure- I'll look into it. All I've added so far are simple "check-box" type fields. I'll see what I can do on the underline front.
I'll get changes up in a bit and post a new link when they're ready!
