But as long as the link stays up here someone can get a fresh copy even if they overwrite their original copy.

Anyway it's simple to fix (on a PC) as you can usually clear all the fields of entered data to get back to a clean original by using a Reset Form option from the menu bar. So if you've screwed up and saved over your original make a copy, load it up and Reset Form to remove all the entered data.

I must be doing something wrong because it just saves a blank copy. I'll toy around with it some more. Thanks!

@Shipwreck, what application are you using to load the file and enter data?

What platform are you using (Mac, PC, Ubuntu etc)?

I'm using Foxit Reader on Windows XP to enter data on the sheet as standard, but I've just done a test using Acrobat Reader XI on XP and that works as well.

Hey guys, been crazy busy at work the last few days so I apologize for the lack of feedback.

James, that's perfect. I'll see what I can do over the weekend. The Mac version must be placing the text at the bottom of the available space instead of the center. I should be able to just shrink the link height since there's no need for multi line entry.

I'll do more cleanup and repost in the next couple days.

The file was created using Adobe Acrobat. You will have the best results if you use Adobe Reader.

I'm using Windows and the most recent version of Reader.

As I said, I can only save a blank editable copy. I can 'print' to PDF and save it but then the copy with the hero information isn't editable. I guess I need Acrobat or the freeware equivalent?
