Sounds great yet again (take my money!!!).

My favorite system for magic items was Earthdawn as you had to unlock the history of the weapon or perform certain deeds before you could activate different powers.

This sounds along those tracks and makes finds far more significant than D&D and such games.

hello all,

since this is going to be the first time I do a preorder with you guys (can't wait anymore to have Rivendell with me), i have a question: does the physical copy of the book come with a complimentary pdf? and if yes, does the pdf will be available to download tomorrow when I purchase the book?

thanks!

From what I understand, Rivendell comes out later today, and the PDF will be released at the same time, free for those who pre-order. I can't wait. :D

Yes, the pre-order will come with a complimentary PDF. The coupon to download the PDF will be sent to you via email, by hand soon after you order. We ask you to give us 24 hours to send the PDF. Given this is a major launch for us we will have a dedicated staff member (hi Nick!) sending out coupons today.

The game is maturing wonderfully and growing stronger and stronger with each new release! Rivendell will further solidify this game's status as a true masterpiece in roleplaying.
Yeah absolutely! I'm amazed at how they keep improving my favourite game!!

It is tomorrow hear in the States. Would it help if I emailed Nick's favourite pub and set up an account for beer money? Or should we just send him a bear?

Oh, and since it is Rivendell release day can we start the "Where is Ruins of the North and what is in it" threads already?

I'm not even running the game right now and I'm giddy as a Hobbit at an all-you-can-eat buffet.

It's Jon you should all be getting ready to bribe, by the way.

And ask away about Ruins of the North - I've got "keep an eye on the website for more information" cued up on my clipboard ready to copy and paste into the forum :D

Has the pre order gone live? I don't see it on the site anywhere.
