Francesco confirms that is how it works.I'm checking with Francesco right now, but as I understand it, weapons enchanted using the Artificer of Eregion virtue can harm creatures that require weapons with Enchanted qualities. That's it. Artificer of Eregion does not bestow the ability to make Wonderous Artefacts: TOR Player Heroes don't currently get to make magical treasures like those that can be found from previous Ages.
