Hi everyone. I am completely new to this system. I have ordered the revised edition and am aware that is not yet out (how do I access my pdf copy?) but I wanted to know something. I have ordered the darkening of mirkwood and paid for it, currently it is listed as out of stock. do we know how often stock replenishes with the store?

PDF-wise, when you have pre-ordered you should get an email from C7 with a code which you use on the store (Drivethrurpg?) they send a link to.

About Darkening - when did you pre-order? It's just getting to US people, probably UK/Europe next week.

Darkening of MIrkwood isn't showing up as "in stock" yet, since stock isn't in all of our warehouses just now. It's a little while away from our UK warehouse, though expected any day.

Rest assured though that we have plenty of copies.

You'll receive a download code for your PDF within 24 hours of ordering - we send those out manually, so sometimes it can take a little while, especially if the store is being hammered by a release like Rivendell which went live this afternoon.

that is good to know. I don't have any emails with a pdf link. This isn't such a big deal as I would only give them a quick look whilst awaiting print copies. I have also bought from amazon the loremaster screen, heart of the wild and the adventure compendium. Such beautiful books! Looking forward to immersing my group in the system for a welcomed change of pace after concluding our current pathfinder campaigns.

Apologies, I should have made the pdf email a little clearer - like Jon says it isn't automatically sent when you order, they send it to you after, usually within normal working hours - I live in the UK too, expect it tomorrow I'd say. I ordered Rivendell after 5pm today, fingers crossed the code for that will be sent out in the morning.

Just highlighting this for clarity. You (pre-)ordered Darkening of Mirkwood? and are missing a PDF link?

And/or you pre-ordered The Revised Edition? and are missing a PDF link?

both actually :/ until this discussion I did not know how I would receive the pdfs. I've scoured my email boxes but no sign of either.

You'll probably have to wait until tomorrow morning now (UK time), huntersblades, but if you drop C7 an email they're great at getting stuff resolved pretty damn quickly.
