Too many sticky topics

With all the Rivendell previews and announcements, the actual content is drowning under all the stickies. Moving forward, could the previews maybe occupy a single thread, or could only the most recent be stickied?
What would the rest of the forum prefer?

We'll lose all the Rivendell stickies in a day or two, have no fear.

I hope the Rivendell threads just lose their stick, not disappear entirely.
