Rules for Morale

So, does anyone have any recommended rules for morale for enemies? I generally have had enemies break when it's clear that the company has the upper hand. I have introduced certain enemies that will fight to the death, but they are rare.

But sometimes, I just want to roll a couple of dice and say "they hold fast" or "they run away". If no one's got anything, I've got some ideas about Attribute Level + Feat Die versus a variable TN (higher if the enemy is outnumbered, lower if they outnumber the heroes, lower if they're under specific orders, etc.) but get the numbers to balance right is tricky.
