So, it seems we can expect a "high level" adventure. And if that's the one opening the series, what can lurk in the darkest corners of the rest?
GenCon 2014 pickup?
Re: GenCon 2014 pickup?
Two good news: your good experience running the game at GenCon and the forthcoming of Ruins of the North.

I was there and I can spoil it in two words: mud flinging.jamesrbrown wrote:By the way, I ran the scenario at GenCon this morning and everyone at the table had a great time, including me.

I got to play at that game and witnessed the mud-slinging! Man that was a blast, thanks James, you ran a fantastic game!
I was the Beorning in that scenario and watched that Hobbit show us some moves!

That was so much fun!!! You guys were a great group of players. I did not expect the Hobbit to be the spokesman and the wrestler; hilarious! My only wish is that we could have continued for another hour or so.
Please visit my blog, Advancement Points: The One Ring Files, for my TOR Resources

Any thoughts on when the PDFs for the books we purchased at GenCon might be mailed out? No rush, just curious

Cons are like that, we run outta time when the adventure is a lot of fun! I learned a lot from you, it's great to match a name from the forums to a face. I'll be crossing my fingers to get in on another One Ring game next year.jamesrbrown wrote:That was so much fun!!! You guys were a great group of players. I'll never follow goblins into a cave again! lol
Keep up the fantastic Lore mastering!
I figured it would be a few days, as the Cubicle 7 crew needed rest and some time to get back into the swing of things. I got a couple of the crew to sign my book! I couldn't get Dom, he was with a camera crew.shipwreck wrote:Any thoughts on when the PDFs for the books we purchased at GenCon might be mailed out? No rush, just curious

The warehouse are processing them as I type. Might be something of a longer delay than usual on pre-order turnaround as a LOT of stock goes in and out of the warehouse over the Gencon week, and we'd rather the warehouse got it right than did it super fast alongside everything else.shipwreck wrote:Any thoughts on when the PDFs for the books we purchased at GenCon might be mailed out? As soon as we have confirmation that copies are being received around the US we'll let you know!
Also: Nice to meet you at GenCon!
