My book isn't delivered either and I have send a mail to Nick, but to date I haven't got an answer. I will try to be patient till Friday, 24. of October. But then I will unleash the hordes of Mordor!

Ok, now I have an answer from Nick. I have to be patient until Wednesday next week. Ok, I will not open the gates to Mordor until then... ;)
