Falenthal, my primary source here is LotR, Appendix F (as cited above)--in case you want to double check. I think that Black Trolls is another name for Olog-hai, but I don't have an immediate source for that. In my head, I translate Olog-hai as Great Trolls, and Uruk-hai as Great Orcs, even though that may not be literal.

Not really about sources for the Hill Trolls, but the TOR Palantir took me here...

In the Revised Editon, Hill Trolls don't have any favorite skill (p.244), neither skills, weapons nor armor.
Is that an errata?

Apparently not, since they were like this also in the previous Edition.
